How much does a website cost in Pakistan?
A business website in Pakistan costs Rs 50,000 to Rs 120,000 at NexPrime. A 5 page WordPress site is Rs 50,000, a 14 page site with on-site SEO is Rs 82,000 and an online store is Rs 120,000. These are fixed, one time prices, and domain and hosting are charged separately.
What moves the price of a website:
- The number of pages
- A ready theme or a customized design
- The platform: WordPress, Shopify or custom code
- Features such as payments, booking, forms and WhatsApp chat
- Who writes the content and whether SEO setup is included
| Cost | How it is paid |
|---|---|
| Website package | Rs 50,000 to Rs 120,000, one time |
| Domain | About Rs 2,100 to Rs 4,200 a year, charged separately |
| Hosting | About Rs 4,000 to Rs 12,000 a year for a small business site, charged separately |
| Maintenance after launch | Included for 7 to 30 days, then about Rs 5,000 to Rs 20,000 a month |
Very cheap quotes often leave out mobile design, speed work, security or hosting details, so ask what is included before you compare prices. Our website design packages in Pakistan page lists every package, and question 2 shows what each one includes.
What does a website package include?
Every NexPrime website package includes mobile responsive design, speed optimization, HTTPS security and contact forms. Higher packages add more pages, on-site SEO, custom features, payment integration and a longer maintenance period after launch. Domain and hosting are charged separately in every package.
| What you get | Standard | Professional | Ecommerce |
|---|---|---|---|
| Price | Rs 50,000 ($180) | Rs 82,000 ($300) | Rs 120,000 ($430) |
| Pages | 5 | 14 | Up to 50 |
| Design and platform | WordPress website | Paid theme or customized design | WooCommerce or Shopify store |
| On-site SEO | Not included | Included | Included |
| Main extras | Contact forms | Custom features, payment method integration and a training session | Product and category setup and payment gateway integration |
| Maintenance after launch | 7 days | 15 days | 30 days |
| Domain and hosting | Charged separately | Charged separately | Charged separately, with 50% off |
All prices are one time payments. You can see the live details on our website packages page.
What is the difference between a 5 page and a 14 page website?
A 5 page website covers the essentials: home, about, services and contact pages. A 14 page website gives each service its own page and adds room for a portfolio and more content, which gives Google more pages to rank. At NexPrime, the 14 page package also adds on-site SEO, custom features and a longer maintenance period.
| Area | 5 page (Standard) | 14 page (Professional) |
|---|---|---|
| Price | Rs 50,000 | Rs 82,000 |
| Best for | New or small businesses that need an online presence | Businesses that want to rank on Google and get leads |
| Typical pages | Home, about, services and contact | A page for each service, a portfolio and more content |
| On-site SEO | Not included | Included |
| Maintenance after launch | 7 days | 15 days |
A separate page for each service helps because Google ranks pages, not whole websites. Our SEO services in Pakistan page explains how those pages get found.
Are fixed price website packages available for small businesses?
Yes. NexPrime sells fixed price website packages for small businesses, starting at Rs 50,000. Each price is a one time payment that covers design, development, mobile responsiveness and launch, so you know the full cost before work starts. Extra pages, features, domain and hosting are billed separately, and we confirm any extra cost with you first.
- You know the total cost before work starts
- There are no surprise invoices during the project
- You can see exactly what each package includes
- Prices are also available in US dollars ($180, $300 and $430) for clients in the UK, US and UAE
A fixed price works best when your needs match a package. If you need Shopify or a custom platform, request a free quote and we will price your project.
Is WooCommerce or Shopify better for an online store in Pakistan?
WooCommerce is better when you want lower running costs and full control, and Shopify is better when you want a simple hosted setup or plan to sell abroad. WooCommerce is a free plugin for WordPress. Shopify charges a monthly plan in US dollars, and Shopify Payments is not available in Pakistan.
| Area | WooCommerce | Shopify |
|---|---|---|
| Software cost | Free plugin for WordPress | Monthly plan in US dollars, Basic from about $29 to $39 a month |
| Hosting | You pay for hosting | Included in the plan |
| Cash on delivery | Built in | Added as a manual payment method |
| Card payments in Pakistan | Through local gateway plugins | Through third party gateways, since Shopify Payments is not available |
| Updates and security | You or your agency manage them | Shopify manages them |
Shopify prices change, so check the current plan price on Shopify's own site. NexPrime builds both, and our ecommerce website development page shows the options. Question 7 explains Shopify payments in Pakistan.
How much does an ecommerce website cost in Pakistan?
An ecommerce website in Pakistan costs Rs 120,000 at NexPrime as a one time payment. The package covers up to 50 pages, product and category setup, payment gateway integration, on-site SEO, mobile responsive design and 30 days of maintenance after launch. Domain and hosting are charged separately, with 50% off.
What affects the cost of a store:
- The number of products and categories
- Payment methods such as cash on delivery, JazzCash and cards
- The platform, WooCommerce or Shopify
- Extra features such as filters, discount rules and custom pages
| Running cost | What to expect |
|---|---|
| Hosting for WooCommerce | About Rs 7,500 to Rs 25,000 a year, charged separately |
| Shopify plan | About $29 to $39 a month, billed in US dollars |
| Payment gateway | Fees set by the gateway provider |
| Maintenance after launch | Included for 30 days, then an optional plan |
Stores cost more than brochure websites because of payments and product setup. For a business site without a store, see question 1. Our ecommerce website development in Pakistan page has more detail.
Can I use Shopify in Pakistan?
Yes, you can run a Shopify store from Pakistan and sell to customers at home and abroad. The main limit is payments. Shopify Payments is not available in Pakistan, so stores use cash on delivery or third party gateways. Shopify also bills in US dollars, so you need a card that works for international payments.
| Payment option | How it works in Pakistan |
|---|---|
| Cash on delivery | Added as a manual payment method |
| Local gateways | Added through apps that connect Pakistani banks and wallets |
| International gateways | Some work for Pakistani merchants, so check availability first |
| Shopify Payments | Not available in Pakistan |
Gateway availability changes, so check each provider before you commit. Our Shopify development services page explains how NexPrime sets up Shopify stores.
Is WordPress good for business websites in Pakistan?
Yes. WordPress is a strong choice for business websites in Pakistan because it is affordable, flexible and easy to manage. You can edit pages yourself, add features with plugins and add a store with WooCommerce later. It needs regular updates, backups and security checks, so plan for maintenance.
| WordPress is a good fit when | Consider another option when |
|---|---|
| You want a business site or a blog | You need a very custom web application |
| You want to edit your own content | You want a fully hosted builder with no upkeep |
| You may add an online store later | You only need a simple one page site |
- It costs less than a fully custom build
- Many developers know it, so you are not tied to one agency
- Plugins cover forms, SEO, payments and more
- You own your site and can move it to another host
Our WordPress website development page shows packages and past work.
Is WordPress better than Wix?
WordPress gives you more control, features and room to grow, while Wix is easier and faster to start. WordPress is free software that you host yourself, so you pay for hosting and can move your site. Wix is a hosted builder with monthly plans. Choose WordPress if SEO and growth matter to your business.
| Area | WordPress | Wix |
|---|---|---|
| Setup | Needs a developer or some skill | Drag and drop builder with a quick start |
| Cost | Free software, you pay for hosting and domain | Monthly plan that includes hosting |
| Control | Full control of design, code and plugins | Limited to what Wix offers |
| Moving your site | Easy to move to another host | Harder to move out |
| Growth | Suits large sites, stores and custom features | Suits small, simple sites |
Wix can be enough for a small, simple site. If you want a business website that grows with SEO, see our WordPress website development page.
How much does website maintenance cost?
Website maintenance at NexPrime costs about Rs 5,000 to Rs 20,000 per month. The price depends on the size of your site and the work it needs, such as updates, backups, security checks and small content changes. Online stores sit at the higher end. Every package also includes 7 to 30 days of maintenance after launch.
| Task | What it covers |
|---|---|
| Updates | WordPress, theme and plugin updates |
| Backups | Regular copies of your site that you can restore |
| Security | Malware scans and login protection |
| Small content changes | Text, image and price edits |
| Checks | Speed, forms and broken pages |
- Larger sites and stores need more work
- More plugins mean more updates to manage
- Frequent content changes add to the monthly workload
| Site type | Where it falls in the range |
|---|---|
| Small business site | Lower end, from about Rs 5,000 |
| Larger business site | Middle of the range |
| Online store | Higher end, up to about Rs 20,000 |
Included maintenance after launch is 7 days in Standard, 15 days in Professional and 30 days in Ecommerce. After that, ongoing plans start from 3 months. Ask any provider for a written task list and a clear price. See our website packages page for details.
How long does it take to build a website?
Most business websites go live within 7 to 14 working days at NexPrime. A basic site is usually ready in about a week, while an online store with many products takes longer. We confirm the exact timeline before work starts, and late content or approvals from the client side can extend it.
| Site type | Typical time |
|---|---|
| Basic site | About one week |
| Most business websites | 7 to 14 working days |
| Online store with many products | Longer, depending on the number of products |
What speeds a project up:
- Text, logo and images ready before work starts
- One person who approves the design
- Quick feedback on each draft
The biggest delays come from late content and slow approvals. Package details are on our website packages page.
How much do domain and hosting cost in Pakistan?
A .com domain costs about Rs 2,800 to Rs 4,200 a year in Pakistan, and a .pk domain costs about Rs 2,100 to Rs 2,500 a year, often sold as a 2 year registration. Shared hosting for a small business site costs about Rs 4,000 to Rs 12,000 a year. Prices vary by provider, and renewals often cost more.
| Item | Typical cost | Notes |
|---|---|---|
| .pk or .com.pk domain | About Rs 2,100 to Rs 2,500 a year | Many sellers need a 2 year registration, so you pay about Rs 4,200 to Rs 4,500 at once |
| .com domain | About Rs 2,800 to Rs 4,200 a year | The first year is often cheaper than the renewal |
| Shared hosting for a small business site | About Rs 4,000 to Rs 12,000 a year | Entry plans start near Rs 300 a month and mid plans reach about Rs 1,000 a month |
| Hosting for an online store | About Rs 7,500 to Rs 25,000 a year | Stores need more space, speed and security |
| First year total for a small business site | About Rs 6,000 to Rs 16,000 | One domain and one shared hosting plan |
These ranges come from public price lists of Pakistani domain and hosting providers, checked in October 2026. Some hosts include a free domain for the first year with an annual plan, and some plans renew at more than double the first year price, so always check the renewal price.
NexPrime charges domain and hosting separately, gives Ecommerce package clients 50% off and handles the full setup.
